Not trustworthy
The return process is complex: you have to request to be sent out a return form, then sent it back rather than being automatised on the platform. But ok, fine. It took me a looong time to get hold of anyone. I said I wanted to return two items, an exchange to others. By the time I got an answer, neither were available anymore. But, ok, fine. What got me really angry is that I had to send at least four emails to receive my payment back. No apologies whatsoever and this was worth afew hundred euros. Not trustworthy!
