Effective and great program, however...
Effective and great program, the majority of the teachers are great! However, professors who flaunt their MAs but can't maintain humility ("sore loser" attitude) when presented with facts and research don't advocate the leadership qualities a teacher should have, an important quality that should be transferred to students beyond just the lessons themselves.

We take customer feedback seriously. However, we have no record of you ever being a student or customer of our business. We previously requested that you identify yourself and share details of your experience so we could investigate your concerns, but received no response. We strongly disagree with your characterization of our teachers and their professionalism. While we welcome genuine feedback, we do not tolerate unsubstantiated accusations that could unfairly damage our teachers’ reputations and our business.
