Where do I start? I entered into this space not knowing what to expect, hoping for honesty, expertise and a final resolution of a marriage that I thought would last forever. My experience with Yaniv & Associates was above and beyond anything I could've hoped for. From the initial inquiry phone call to assistance in handling a minor problem once contracts were signed, the service was top notch! I elected to have an expedited divorce as I wanted a new lease on life and needed to breathe a sigh of relief more sooner than later. Yaniv & Associates gave me just that as my divorce was granted in the time they assured me it would be and I couldn't be happier!!! The process was easy, and they answered all questions and concerns in a timely manner. You will need to do your own legal research in order to ask the right questions, as information is not freely offered without solicitation. So know what it is that you need to ask. Outside of that, they are quick to respond with either a phone call or email. I would recommend them for anyone wishing to get a mutually decided and uncontested divorce. They will save you money, headache, and you can structure the settlement the way you want it.
