Easy, stress free and even faster than expected

Not that I am proud to state this, but this would be my second experience with Yaniv & Associates and just like the first time it was made into a very simple process. They send you everything you need and update you throughout the process as your divorce goes through it's stages. If you ever have any questions they are answered via calls or emails if you prefer. I'm happily divorced thanks to them.

Yaniv made it so easy for me to obtain my divorce. I had no troubles and issues what so ever. They took care of everything for me. OI would recommend them to any one.

I tried to use legal zoom to complete my uncontested divorce. we had no children, no real assets and we weren't fighting about anything. This should have been a simple divorce. legal zoom completed my papers and sent them back to me with many errors. I had to go through three different waves of editing with them for the documents to be completed correctly, then they failed at emailing me the documents on time and I had to move out of state, which removed my 2 year residency requirement. Luckily Yaniv and Associates stepped up to the plate and knocked this one out. I paid for the rushed uncontested divorce in New York, where my ex had moved to for work. Yaniv assured me that there would be no residency issues and told me my divorce could be completed in just under three months. I answered about 20 minutes of questions and paid my fee. 2 and a half months later, my divorce was granted with no other work from me! Thank you Yaniv and Associates...I only wish I had gone to you first!

At first I wasn't sure about the whole process of not needing to literally go in and see them to have my divorce done. They are very professional people, even though most of my interactions with the lawyers were via telephone or emails. I can contact them anytime if I have questions or concerns and have all my questions answered in a timely fashion. My divorce is over and done with within 5 months. Thank god!
