Now I have tried to go to their website with no success! Says "overload"! I have lost $100 and no dress! Just beware!

Bunny for Easter for a toddler. Toddlers from 2-4 were able to pull off extremities, ears, arms, legs exposing the stuffing a potential choking hazard. I wrote to their customer support including pictures and was informed as it had been more than 7days since delivery I was no longer entitled to after sale service. Beware buying soft toys from this company. If my purchase is any indication they are poorly manufactured and uncommon creations don’t stand by their products no matter what they say on their website. At least that has been my experience.

This company advertised leather coats and Jackets. The coat I bought was made from cheap very ugly ultra thin vinyl. Even so I contacted them 5 days after delivery by email 4x they did not respond. This company is a scam.They advertise under several other names.They even change their email on PayPal

My so called leather jacket arrived, nothing like pictures, not leather ,cost me £115.00 absolute disgrace total rip off I need refund ASAP...how you get away with taking our money and sending out absolute rubbish is a complete disgrace..thank God I paid with PayPal that's taken over my case for full refund

I placed my order 3 weeks ago. They took the money and I got nothing.
