Order #195406 My order consist of a bracelet and a leather strap. The strap was excellent but the bracelet had issues closing. It could not close no matter how many times I tried and am disappointed. Perhaps it’s just bad luck. From your record the same bracelet I bought from you was perfect. Please advise me on what remedy you propose. Thank you

I ordered a band for my 6139-6002 vintage Seiko watch. Bracelet is well made high quality well worth the $79 price. Only issue I have is the didn't pack spring bars. Also, there's no phone number to the business only an email address. I emailed and they answered fairly quickly and said they'd quickly mail out a set of spring bars. So much for quality control. I wanted to use the vintage watch for a Thanksgiving day dinner with my extended family, oh well...maybe next year.

I got a NTTD titanium watch strap - pretty junky, for the high price (titanium costs more) and even less so after I was charged customs and duties which was 30%+ of the strap price. The strap is very comfortable and looks ... ok. Considering the casing of the omega watch looks sturdy and well built, the watch strap doesn't match very well because it is cheaper looking. Also, the sag on the strap is massive. You'd think it was a 25+ year heavily worn vintage strap. Overall, I strongly recommend not buying one unless you genuinely hate the nato or original milanese straps. Annoying because there are no other legit companies that make NTTD titanium straps to swap.
