DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I HAVE PROOF TO BACK UP EVERYTHING I’M SAYING. Their website clearly stated that I would NOT have to reinstall Windows and that their product works with Windows 11. That was one of the main reasons I purchased it. After I paid, they then told me I would have to downgrade Windows in order to use the product. I explained that I couldn’t do that because it would require me to reinstall Windows—which is exactly what their website said I wouldn’t have to do. Because the product did not work as advertised for my setup, I asked for a refund. Their website literally advertises a refund guarantee, yet they turned around and told me that giving me a refund was against their TOS. How does that make any sense? Thankfully, I contacted my bank and opened a dispute. BUYER BEWARE. Based on my experience, the information on their website did not match what I was told after purchasing, and they refused to honor the refund I requested. I have screenshots/proof of the claims on their website and my conversations with them. I would NOT recommend buying from them.
