I was lucky to have gone solo to Umrah a few weeks ago through Umrah International, Mr. Abdul Qader planned everything for me from A to Z prior to my departure from Houston. The hotels, transportation and Ziyarah arrangements in Saudi Arabia were perfect; Mr. Fahad Ali took care of all of that; I appreciate his efforts and dedication. The transportation company’s agent in Saudi Arabia (who I was in contact with on Whatsapp) was very courteous & helpful and always available to help. My suggestion for the company is to arrange for visitors a permit to enter the Rawdah Alsharifah in Masjid Alnabawi prior to arrival because I was not lucky to get an appointment on Nusuk; and while I was there begging for them to allow me entry, I saw people coming through arrangements like mine and their permits were already arranged for them by their travel agency. I would use Umrah International services again in the future and have already recommended them to my friends and family members.

Excellent service. All the arrangements were flawless. Transportation, hotels and ziarats were well planned and on time. No issues at all.

My wife and I just returned home from Umrah, and it was incredible from the start. The drivers had good communication, and the hotels were great in terms of distance and quality. I am so glad we were able to just focus on our activities, and not have to worry about accommodations or transportation. The ziyarats in Madinah and Makkah were very informative and incredible to see. Fahad was great to work with, and the agency in Saudi Arabia was also readily available. Will definitely plan another trip with Umrah International!

We had a very unique experience. We literally went from payment to packing. Our agent helped us every step of the way with any hiccups. He stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. We booked a luxury package and were quite satisfied with the offerings. The way this is streamlined is impressive. It makes people comfortable with the unknowns. We highly recommend this company for your Umrah experience.

I called Dua Naeem many times to get information about my package and she always provided be good customer service. when I traveled to Saudi Arabia everything was good from transportation to accommodations even called Dua from Makkah if I needed any information regarding hotel or Ziyarats to Makkah and Madina . I am planning to get Umrah package next year again I will call Dua Naeem to help me pick right Umrah package for me next year. I also recommend my friends and family members to get haj and Umrah package from Umrah international . My sister also called Dua Naeem to get her Umrah package and she was very happy with services she received from Umrah international specially Due Naeem . SubhanAllah, Umrah International was amazing! They were there every step of the way to provide me with information that I needed to feel comfortable and confident before travel. Dua was my agent and she made me feel so confident and comfortable throughout the whole experience. Once I arrived in Medina they were there on arrival to take to to my hotel and ensure check in was smooth. The excursions in Mecca and Medina were beautiful and made me feel more connected to our beloved Prophet ‎ﷺ. Our 5 star accommodations at clock towers Swissotel Mecca made going to the Kaaba anytime very convenient. Thank you so much for making this experience beautiful for my mom, mentor and I!
