Still not shipped

I ordered the set of silver Maybach style rims with the center cap which was a scam, the center piece was a plain, no logo plastic piece. I have tried calling them during their hours with no response after they gave me only 3. One’s missing in the package when I went to go get them installed. Overall bad service, I wish I could at least get my missing hub cap and plate, or better yet the ones listed in the photo that looked to be aluminum.

Canceled my order before it even shipped out. company still charged for a return fee. Return fees are to inspect item. there's nothing to inspect when it did not even ship out. CROOKS!

Because I was told that I was supposed to get BMW center caps with my wheels that I ordered so that’s why I read one star paid enough money for the rims and I don’t like when someone tells me something and I don’t get it and I also sent a email about that. I never got a reply back so feel so disregarded so that’s why you get one star if it was up to zero I would’ve gave it zero star behind it.

Been waiting months for replacement center caps for some Benz wheels the cheaply mad thread on center caps won’t stay on. Now they won’t reply to my emails to get me caps been young on since January of this year it’s now July don’t waste your time with this company they don’t care

Purchase with caution from Ultra Speed. Ordered a set of 4 wheels for 2026 Audi. Ultra Speed shipped quickly but one of the wheels in the set was a completely different model. Thankfully Discount Tire noticed before opening the boxes. I had to take the incorrect wheel to Fedex and wait for Ultra Speed to send the correct wheel to my set. After receiving the full set, I took them back to Discount Tire for mounting. Discount Tire noticed that the wheel center caps did not have the Audi emblem on them (unlike the pictures on Ultra Speed’s website). I asked Discount Tire to just use my OEM Audi wheel center caps, however, those did not fit the aftermarket wheels. I asked Ultra Speed to send the Audi emblems over a week ago and am still waiting. In the process of all this, Ultra Speed’s communication was hit or miss. I called, texted and e-mailed multiple times during their business hours one day and hours later received a text from the owner (Allen) saying he was boarding a plane and couldn’t respond at the moment. Sir! I’m reaching out during their business hours listed on YOUR website. Do you not have a backup? The quality and look of Ultra Speed’s wheels (or at least the set I received) are nice. But the mess I experienced to receive them causes me to not recommend unless you cannot find the wheels from other Sellers.

I ordered wheels for a 2018 Camaro zl1. Wheels did not fit. I specified they were for a zl1 not an SS.

I paid for two day air delivery paid 72 dollars for it which is ridiculous and didn't receive the product for 6 days. The company refuses to give me a refund. To say that UPS charges for two business day service but doesn't deliver for 6 full days and arrived at my house at 7:15 pm which technically makes it 7 days and you can't demand a refund is a complete lie. I own several businesses and know that isn't true.
