Shipping expectations can be misleading. Confirmation of our order said 8-4-26. (This is for smaller products & quantities - not a 55 gallon drum of cleaning solution. That doesn't get shipped until 8-11-26. 13 days after our payment and order on July 29th.) They also do not look for better shipping pricing. We could have saved over $320.00 if we were allowed to setup the shipping pickup.

I bought a small unit but it didn't have a drain. I sent it back and UltraSonic said the ones with a drain were on backorder but they would be getting them in soon and would be in touch. That was all in December. Here it is April and they send an email advertisement that reminded me so I called them and they have no record of me sending the unit back! So thankfully my wife found the tracking number for FedEx and it even had the persons name who checked it in. Now four months later they issue a refund and I have to order again and pay for shipping a third time and they are still on backorder. Why do they make promises and don't deliver.
