UltraluxhealthReviews of ultraluxhealth.com

My husband and I ordered a red light panel from UltraLux Health over a month ago but quickly realized it was not the panel we wanted and canceled the order within a few hours of placing it. We promptly received a nice response from customer service acknowledging the cancellation and stating we would receive a refund for the $1,698.68 charge made on our debit card. Interestingly, the charge did not go through until three days after the order was cancelled. Following that there were several emails back and forth with the company regarding confirmation of a date for the refund, but we were finally told that it was in the "queue" to be paid. Since there was no phone number on their website, we searched and found one online but it did not work. The only way to contact the company was through the customer service email, which was getting us no where. We have since turned this over to the dispute department of our bank to try and recoup our refund for us. The reason I am sharing our story is to alert anyone who may consider doing business with UltraLux, that is is not a reputable company. The BBB as well as Trust Pilot have numerous complaints by many customers and only wish we had seen them sooner. While we did not receive a product from them, I would not trust them to stand behind anything they sell. I hope this review will help prevent someone from a very disappointing experience and possibly losing thousands of dollars. It is really so unfortunate that companies like UltraLux operate with such little respect for their customers and can't just do the right thing!

I purchased an UltraLux Water Machine because I wanted a premium water filtration system and was willing to invest in a higher-end product. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating. Over the three years I have owned the product, I have had two separate machines stop working, including one that failed after only 14 months of use. The most concerning issue has been the lack of transparency when problems occur. When the machines stopped functioning, I was not provided with a clear explanation of why they failed or what could have been done to prevent the issue. Instead, the primary solution offered was to purchase another machine. Customer service was also disappointing. Communication was slow and inconsistent, and I did not feel there was adequate accountability when a relatively new replacement unit stopped working. In addition, after the failure, I was told there were components or protective parts that I "should have had" to help prevent damage. However, these parts were never recommended or discussed when I originally purchased the system. For a product in this price range, I expected better reliability, clearer communication, and stronger support after the sale. My constructive feedback to the company would be to improve customer education during the purchasing process, proactively recommend any required accessories, provide clear diagnostics when equipment fails, and stand behind the product when issues arise. Based on my experience, prospective buyers should carefully consider both the long-term maintenance costs and the level of support they may receive after purchase.

I am extremely disappointed with both this product and the way the company is handling the situation. I paid approximately $2,500 for this unit, and it has now broken for the THIRD time. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality, reliability, and customer support. Now I am being told that the unit may have failed because sessions were done back-to-back and that customers are supposed to wait at least one hour between sessions to prevent the unit from overheating. I have asked the company to show me exactly where this important restriction was disclosed in the owner's manual, operating instructions, warranty information, or other materials I received when purchasing the unit. Even more concerning, I have now been told that the company does not have a repair facility or even a repair option for the unit. Think about that: you can spend $2,500 on their equipment, and if it fails outside the warranty, there is apparently nowhere to send it to have it repaired. Their proposed solution is for me to receive a discount toward purchasing another new unit. After having this product fail three times, why would I want to spend more money buying another one? When a company sells a product at this price point, I believe it should stand behind what it sells and, at the very least, provide customers with a reasonable way to have the equipment serviced or repaired. I have given this company multiple opportunities because I wanted to believe in the product. Unfortunately, after three failures, no repair option, and now being told about an operating restriction that I do not recall being clearly disclosed, I can no longer recommend this product. I hope the company will reconsider its response and stand behind a $2,500 product rather than asking a customer to simply buy another one.

I had a system for not quite 2 yrs and it died. The Water Machine with hydrogen water. They sent another unit which just died 1.5 months past 3 yr warranty so they will not do anything and don't offer repairs. What a ripoff. Joe, I will join you in a class action.

You can return any product you purchase, this is true. However the postage fees are left to the discretion of ultralux health. In the T and C you agree to cover these charges and cannot return the product via your own means. For example, returning a water filter to the US might cost around $60, ultralux health charge you $300. When you challenge this you're told there is little point you returning the item, as you'll effectively have zero refund due - after costs. Why? Because there is another hidden charge! When they posted the item to you, they billed a nominal promotional fee. And by returning the item you agree to pay the full costs of mailing that item out. Another $300. So you're now down $600 before any chance of a refund.

This company has zero integrity. They work with a guy named Trevor King of The Live Better Group who does joint webinars with them to help sell their "health" products. After one Hydrogen tablet webinar Trevor sent out an email offering a 50% discount on 12 boxes of some tablets that were expiring in 9 months. But he indicated that the price was 50% off of $780. A quick check of the company's website indicated that the normal price for FRESH stock with a 3-year shelf life is only $585 for 12 boxes! Thus 50% off of $585 should only cost $292.50. NOT $390. I wrote to both Trevor and Ultraluxe for an explanation and instead of either one addressing the discrepancy they simply refused to communicate with me any further. This is an attempt to defraud the public. I will be consulting with a class action attorney.

I had to return my HBOT that was purchased on Feb 27/26. Picked up March 7 then returned April 24/26 Have sent 3 requests and no refund Last info was were still checking if all in package. Therefore my 10,000 plus is still not returned. Poor communication and timely action on the part of UltraLux

I have several different products from Ultralux Health and love all of them. They are easy to use and engineered well. This review is for the countertop H2 water machine. I use the water machine everyday and I would not be without it. The H2 water is pure and delicious. It has helped boost my health and energy levels. When I feel a slump in the day, I drink this water to get energized. I also give it to my parrots. It's a great comfort to know they are drinking the healthiest water rather than bottled or tap. Their customer service is excellent. They respond quickly and they are nice people to deal with. Thank you Ultralux Health.
