He fixed the refrigerator but damaged my hardwood floors. You don’t drag a very heavy refrigerator with 1 pieces of cardboard under each caster and not expect to damage the floor. I sent them pictures of the floor damage and stopped credit card payment but they continue to send me a bill. Repairing my floor will be much more expensive then paying the bill

Dishwasher repair. Two visits so far. Both visits technician arrived super late. Second visit and the technician refused to test his work and now the dishwasher is still not drying properly. I have contacted the company with this complaint. We'll see.

They took my address down incorrectly and the repair man went to the wrong house. The repair man ordered the required parts and came back for the repair. When he came back with the parts, it took him a long time to make the repair. We found two screws on the ground after he left. I hope they were not vital for the correct operation of the dryer. The repair man destroyed my lint screen during the repair process. He said he would order me another lint screen. It 24 days to receive it after texting and phoning him and the company.

It took far too long, 16 days. (8/10 thru 8/26). Cost far too much $710. Repairman on two different occasions misinterpreted the diagnostic blinking light codes. I have one of two parts installed that I suspect was not needed but I paid for.

their technician showed up on time, I explained the issue I was having with the washer. He spent the next 30 minutes online looking for a solution rather than using diagnostic equipment or using his knowledge. He eventually said my drain pump was bad but he didn't have a replacement with him. He gave me the part number and told me it was just 2 screws and 1 wire and was easy to replace. I ordered the part, put it in, just 15 minutes. I ended paying $85 for bad advice as there was no difference after installation. Same problem. The technician used the Internet to diagnose the problem. No knowledge of what he was doing. I sent them a response but they never took the time to respond back. Don't let the 4.9 rating fool you as it did me. no knowledge of what they are doing.

The dryer "works" but not as good as it did before but I guess it's fixed because the smell gas/burning smell isn't as strong, but still present. Also, the technician first denied any smell after repair. And it wasn't until I left an awkward silence and deep tare until he admitted it did. He did, then said, it will go away in a few days. On day two and still smells like burnt/gas, but I want to I want to honor the agreement. I let the company that the technician agreed to come back for free to fix it, it still smells.

1. Technician showed up on 4/4 without giving an ETA text as they promised they would do so. 2. Needed a part for the repair; ordered and received 50% payment before he left. 3. He informed repair will be done within 5 business days. Today is 4/10 (4th business days); no news from UltraFix. 4. I called and was told there was no part being ordered and no technician came to my home to diagnose any appliances! 5. I then provided invoice # for the 50% payment. The person on the phone suddenly was able to see my information! 6. Not sure if the part was actually ordered on 4/4 or 4/10 after I called. Conclusion: My first time using UltraFix after I called LG and was given contact. Will not use UltraFix anymore; going back to my usual good old Sears Repairs.
