An exceptional repairman
Elmir has been to my house twice now to address a defective microwave. He was thorough in his diagnosis and was succinct in his plan moving forward! I would recommend using UltraFix and if you are in the Pittsburgh area I would ask for him to do your repairs.

Professional Support
Dmytro was very professional upon arriving at my house. He diagnosed the issue and gave me the quote for parts and labor. I made the decision to replace the appliance, but that does not reflect on his performance.

Elmir P. is Awesome
Elmir was very efficient and professional. It took less time to install the part than I anticipated. He also was very upfront regarding the cost of parts and labor.

Had a couple of issues with my Samsung…
Had a couple of issues with my Samsung refrigerator which Ali handled quickly as well as cleanly. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them so that I knew exactly what was going on.

Excellent service all around
Making an appointment was quick and easy. My technician Gadzhi was thorough and found the issue. He explained what needed to be repaired. He did the job and cleaned up after himself. He is professional and thorough. I highly recommend Ultra Fix and Gadzhi.

Sadiq...the technician showed up…
Sadiq...the technician showed up promptly late in the evening to attend to our non-working refrigerator. He came to the house, diagnosed the problem, informed us of the total cost and came back the following day as promised to complete the job in less than 90 minutes. Great job, Sadiq!

Was very friendly and knowledgeable
