I have got order for the new game Murdered: Soul Suspect for new 20$ for Steam. All, I can say is one of the best sites to buy from :). I guess I will check them from now on for the new games.

I've tried to download the game and it stops at 99%. Please let me know what to do next. I tried to use the blog on the website and it wasn't working.

(Problem solved quickly) The key who they sent me has been already used

It took a little while to process the order, however I have no idea of the size of the company so I wont judge them for that. I had reservations about sending in proof of ID but did so anyway and it didn't take too long after to get my order so, as I so aptly put in the title: satisfied.

Well, the download process was slow from the UK and I have 120mb connection, took over an hour to download the game and towards the end I lost the download and had to restart it, so another hour passed. Had to enter various keys to activate the setup.exe, fair enough, due to left over files the game would not install but thanks to Google I managed to sort the install out. This isn't UGK's fault so it would be unfair to criticise on this point. It took from 7pm to midnight for me to finally sign in to my forgotten GFWL account and actually start to play the game. Once I got the game going all was well. I think I would be happy to use this service again as it was most likely Microsoft/Epic making the install a pain in the proverbial. Overall the UGK experience was a good one with clear and concise email instructions and the game price was good too, thank you.

I used this site to get the original south-park game in germany. Everything worked, but it took a while until i got the email with the produkt key. This should be improved. Also it was very tricky to get steam to run under an american ip, but i dont think thats the sites fault.

I have bought from Gaming Dragons before yet this time they needed some verification from me which involved sending them a photo/scan of my identification. Although this was not a problem I do not understand why when I have purchased 2-3 times from them previously. Once submitted they delivered the key within minutes and without further problem. They offer great prices and an easy to use website. I will come back again when I need to buy my next game :)

I preordered South Park Stick of Truth from them. Game came out on the 4th but I did not get a key until late the 5th. I would have given them 3 stars because of that but I added a star because their is No Registration required to buy. I just payed with Paypal and was done, no signing up to their website or anything. I see this as a plus.
