Ordered Shadow of Mordor Premium Edition at the cheapest price available on the net. Delivered after a few minutes. No problems at all. A couple of months later I ordered (Order ID 49019) two DLCs for Alien Isolation AND the Thief-Bank Heist Edition at a really cheap price due to the black friday. This order was at first delivered partially (only the DLCs). I submitted 3 tickets with no response, until the game Thief was delivered a few hours later with apologies from them. For this reason, I'm not giving them a full 5 stars, but it's a minor flaw, overall I strongly suggest everybody this site to buy your games.

Købte et spil og blev lovet levering efter 30 min til 2 timer. Fik dog først mit spil efter 4 timer. Prisen for spillet var dog meget billig.

I was losing my mind thinking I was being ignored but my emails were going to my spam folder, this has never actually happened to me before so I didn't think of it as a possibility but they contacted me through this review system and alerted me along with confirmation of the game key being sent. Much appreciated, will shop again once I sort out the spam issue :D

They wanted some alternate verification method. I thought it was sketch, told them I wanted my money back or I'd take it up with PayPal, they skipped the verification and gave me the game. 5 stars if there was no silly verification.

I received the wrong gw2 gem code initially but was solved quite fast. Since the most webshops I use were sold out, was happy to find one with a stock and also cheaper.

Great website with nice games to choose from. Good thing i can pay with ideal since i have no Pay Pal, credit card or what so ever. If the delivery would have been instantly i would have given 5 stars. Greetings from Holland and keep up the good work!

Never heard of these folks until today, but colour me impressed. I bought Divinity: Original Sin (Steam edition) and the DLC pack. Within minutes, I got an email from their customer service, informing me that the DLC pack I'd bought was only compatible with the DRM-free Direct-Download version of the game, not with the Steam edition. They offered me an immediate partial-refund for the DLC pack, and then quickly processed the rest of the order without a hitch. FANTASTIC service.
