I have not received any additional email or support that my copy of dying light is processing. Its the 27th and the game has been released on steam for over 4 hours. Where is my code and what is going on ? I have already contacted support but no one has gotten back to me.

I pre-ordered Dying Light on Jan 21, PRIOR to this purchase the publisher had announced that they were to push back the physical release date of this game in Europe. So my gripe is GramingDragon KNEW full well that the release date had been pushed back and left misleading information on their website. The page i bought the CD key off of clearly read "steam key - release date, 1/27". One would assume this was a digital release key. So two days before the release (Jan 25th) GamingDragon emails me that I can receive my game on time if I pay an extra $14... Over a week after the announcement from the publisher and 4 days after my purchase. I would state that GamingDragon knew about the publisher change and choose to leave their website misleading in order to have people purchase this game from them. At the very least I would say their failure to update their website in a timely manner caused a great deal of confusion and frustration to me. I will not be buying from them again in the future and I would recommend that others don't as well. **EDIT - After looking into it further the official new release date was not announced until January 24th. Still not happy with the situation but it was not Game Dragon's fault.

Hello. Apologies if you feel that way. The game was scheduled to release globally on 27 January. When the publisher decided to push the release date they did not announce any new dates up until this weekend, there was only a rumor that the delay will not be a big one, one month is quite big. Therefore we did not act until the actual release date was announced. Please note that the game is being sold for $59.99 retail you have ordered it for $35.99. The digital version is very limited and the pricing of it is different from the delayed product. the digital product costs $49.99 which is $10 below retail pricing. we have offered an option for a refund or exchange for the digital version deducting what you have already paid. You still had a chance to order the game from elsewhere if its available for cheap if you don't want to pay retail. Hopefully on future games publisher will not pull stunts like that in the future. Thanks.

I'm just getting into digital downloads and spotted a great deal on this website. I was a bit unsure as there seems to be a lot of negative conversation about hacking/phishing etc and dodgy download websites but 7 minutes after placing my order I got my code for Titanfall, Xbox One. Still nervous I put the code in and hey presto it was ready to be installed.when I turned on my Xbox. I had no intention of buying this game but it was a bargain, so long may this sort of stuff continue, and hopefully GamingDragons can continue to be part of that and my future purchases. Don't worry, I'll update if something goes awry ;) If anyone is wondering I only gave them 4 stars because this is the first time I've used the company and 5 stars has a 'no reservations' suggestion. It's not that I have no reservations it's just I tend to adopt caution when using somebody new, and in a new marketplace too. 5 star result though!

I bought a game on this site. The description, there was nothing special said. After hostels' reception of the key, I noticed that it was not agisait a steam key, but a key DRM Free Platform. After contact customer service, I was immediately refunded. serious page

Okay so I just received my key for dragon age inquisition! I was getting a little worried, was a little late on delivery like 5 hours or something. This is NOT a fraudulent company, can definitely say that now! thanks a lot! saved money too!
