I was impressed by the speed in sending the key code and the instructions on the email were very good and clear. I bought three key codes. I had problems with two of them due to my lack of familiarity with the online validation systems with Origin and Games for Windows (I am new to online games). In both cases the online help was able to sort out the problems immediately and get the games going. Overall: Excellent
