The delivery was a bit slow but it's okay ! Great prices !!!

I have bought two keys from GamingDragons and I'm very satisfied with their service. GDs website is moderately easy to use (+ they have many languages), ordering products is quite simple (you do not have to register to the site if you don't wish to) and most of all the delivery time is reasonable 30mins to 2h. (GD always delivered my games after about 20-30mins) To sum' it up, GamingDragons is a trustworthy wedsite where you can buy games without any concern.

Altough the website stated 30 min - 2 hr delivery time I got my copy of GTA V in 3 hours.

I had a good exxperience with this shop. I asked them to send me the key of GTA 5 PC as soon as possible, because the download time would be longer as normal because Rockstar Social Club has serval problems to keep up the downloadspeed. So they answered me within a half our and told me, that they where looking for rockstar to send more keys. After an other hour i've got my key and everything is fine. BUT: I'm from Germany and the whole buying process is available in german as well as the rest of the webpage so I expect, that I can send my request in german and get an answer in german because the page suggest me EVERYTHING is in german, but the service has answered my request in english. That should be better next time, in case there is someone who has problems and can't speak english.

Bit slow on delivery (about 6 hours) but otherwise ok. the codes were not copy and paste, they were taken straight from the case and a bit hard to read as there were heaps of them, not sure if i got doubles or not. TL;DR Slow delivery but legit codes

GamingDragons/UGK is always trying to make things right. They will always deliver within 24 hours if they are in stock. If the product is delayed they are willing to do what is right to make up for it. You will be offered credit or a refund is the game is not released yet. When I bought games off their old website, they helped me get the Gems back on my main account.

I found a game I wanted and purchased it. Then I find out they require ID (scanned or photo) for some reason. I didn't feel comfortable sending them my ID so I requested that they issue me a refund if there is no way around this. One hour after I sent that email, I am issued a full refund. That's good customer support in my books. Please note this was during buisness hours. Too bad about the required ID as I really wanted that game.

Despite my earlier rant, the chaps have refunded me, which is excellent service indeed. So well done you chaps!
