I could care less if these guys arent the number 1, they just treat us better then it, with numbers of good titles and game points, these guys wont let you down. I could actually afford to buy stuff here! Anyway, the support doesent take long to reach at all, they sell special edition games and more, before i knew about UGK, my bro just told me about it, and i didnt know until he bought a game, thats the time where i started looking it up, and showing it to people. UGK, you are magic, and dont give up :L

Bought Dues Ex for a dirt cheap price and worked perfectly. The process was quick and easy to follow. I will definitely be keeping an eye on this site for any future deals that they may have. Keep up the great service Ultimatum Games! :)

I Bought a SSF4 key, (the game sucks, but hey it's not their fault) I got it in the exact time they said it would take, The prices are fantastic, The games download fast (at least in my experience) And it's just a overall kick ass site. Ultimatum Games is Definitely worth making your Permanent PC video game store, there is no better place.

I was always weirded out by sites where you could buy cd keys of games and use them legitimately. I have not really came across a site like this that had such good deals, I thought there was a catch, but I tried it and I felt like a kid liking a lollypop 10x the size of his head. This is better than Steam's free weekends,

Very serious and incredible prices... I'm just fan ! Thank you ;)

I was definitely a skeptic after seeing the site itself. But through reading reviews made by other people, and even previous customers saying that it was entirely legitimate, I decided to try it. After ordering Dead Island, I did come upon a small delay before I received a confirmation regarding the order, but all still within the same day. Once I had given them a copy of identification (which they use to confirm you are the owner of a credit card to prevent fraudulent payments), I finally received my key and followed the directions on how to claim the region locked key. And I now happily own Dead Island. I will definitely do my future PC game shopping here if Ultimatum keeps their prices low, and expands their inventory too. Overall, a fantastic site if you're on a budget, and can't afford mainstream commercial prices.

I got my CD-Key extremely fast, the support was nice and straight to the point. I have absolutely no complaints.

Pre-ordered Dead Island for a great price a couple of months before it's release, the game was supposed to be released earlier than the 9th, but couldn't due to supplier difficulties. The CD keys were also region locked. Upon contacting support, I explained the problem I had with the region locked status, and they gave me a CD key immediately. I had trouble with the VPN, so they offered to activate the game for me. I heard they were legit and had done so many times, so gave them temporary control of my account. The game was activated and I was back on my account after 5 mins. Thanks Ultimatum!
