I have ordered a Modern Warfare 3 key from them around a month ago, the payment went smoothly (got the message from them and everything). Later on, I had a used their live-chat addon on their website for a bunch of questions I had and received good answers, quickly. The only problem I had is not getting the cd-key to my e-mail when the game was distributed, and when I had written this in the live-chat of the website, once again, everything was solved and worked correctly! Recommended!

Bought my Battlefield 3 key and received it half an hour later. I punch it in and origin tells me that it has already been used. I write an email to the support and than freak out because i don't get any mails from them - because i am an IDIOT and do not check the spam folder. But after some time i get to the online-support where a very nice employee helps me all the way through the experience and turns it from from "o my god i got scammed" to "FROM NOW ON I WILL BUY MY GAMES HERE AND NO WHERE ELSE". All in all great qulity great support and great prices - will use again.
