GamingDragonsReviews of ultimatumgamekeys.com

I recently ordered a key for the collectors edition of spore. I received my order after about 30min and was extremely disappointed 2 of the keys didn't work and the key that did work was for the creepy and cute expansion pack. Also I cannot contact them via their website due to the "send" button not being linked anywhere. Until this issue is rectified my rating stands. EDIT: Found their email and have managed to get into contact with them

I purchased a Star wars ToR CD Key about 4 and a half hours ago... And still waiting. The payment went straight through and said delivery was within 30mins to 2 hours... I've been waiting twice that. Have emailed them but have had no reply. Hopefully comes soon, or next review might not be too good. Thanks

I've bought quite a few games from them and they are quick and reputable, but sometimes they have hiked the price on certain games such as Skyrim and others when it was their mistake for selling preorders at a loss, then they forced customers who bought it whilst it was at a loss to pay the difference. In my eyes they should have just accepted it as their own fault and taken the loss, it's tough cookies if you fail to put the right price up. The pricing is very unreliable at times, you can preorder something and have the price drop substantially before release or the opposite could occur. These are all human errors and can be fixed by being diligent, and other than the pricing issues I can see no other issue with them.

Deals are good, and service is timely if the game is not new or not in high demand. However, their staff is unprofessional and frequently refuse to answer any of your questions. Very poor customer service.

I bought the witcher 2 off you guys. It took about 1-2 days after it had released for me to be able to play it though. If next time you get the games ready for download on the release day, you would get a 5 star review and a few more customers.
