The price is great, yes. But the min. requirement stated on the website was wrong(display card requirement)! based on the wrong information, I brought a game that I can't play, so guys, don't trust the information provided by the website.

Somehow quick support (ticket, as chat is always offline) to solve an issue with unconfirmed origin on a game. Requested a refund which was only going to be done once I edit my review (this one). Still shady reviews apparently done by bots. Mixed feelings

Yesterday I was asking for a refund for my order since I ordered on the 25th of September and my payment arrived on the 27th and until now I didn't receive a mail regarding the cd key. So I opened a support ticket (Ticket ID 1019) asking to cancel the order and refund my which should be given due to the terms and condition (-> if there is no delivery within 24 hours, the order can be cancelled and full refund will be given). The only feedback I got until now to this ticket was that I got a mail, saying my order was completed... but I still DIDN'T get ANY cd key OR money back. So if this won't be resolved in the next day, I will just simply ask PayPal to recall my payment since I paid for something which I didn't get.

I bought a game off of here and what i get is a code that does not work in my country (USA) Cant really talk to them about it either because their live chat is never on

so far i have waited over two hours after purchasing titanfall i have not recieved any code whatsoever and am pretty worried , this is a bad start to what could be a beautiful relationship.

I waited over 2 ours for my purchase conformation, in which they emailed me and told me I had to send in a photo copy or scan of my ID (Which I did) And now 2 hours later I still have yet to see any confirmation that they received it, or any other information. I'm a little worried that they are just going to scam me and take my money. I read reviews all the time, not sure if they are falsified or what. Seeing anyone can post on here, it's confusing. The customer service in my opinion is very slow and terrible, anytime you're a serious company you should be verifying every email you request be sent to you so your consumer knows you are handling it in a timely manner, which this company does not.

I've waited 11h and still no game. I hope the game arrives... [EDIT] Can't I get the game now? You know I'm going to pay because of paypal, can't you send the code manually? I want to play really bad! Greetings, Rutgertje1

Purchased my game code and received in a few hours, upon trying to activate Steam advises that code has been activated already (duplicate code). Have emailed UGK and haven't received a response, really missing the days of GamerKeys.
