Was told that I would get the digital download code 30 minutes to 2 hours after purchase. 2 and a half hours later, I get an email stating I need to verify my payment. I didn't give a credit card because I used paypal which as long as I have had a paypal account(since paypal started), it has been secure for payments. I have made thousands of payments with paypal. Never have I ever had to provide a copy of my Drivers License. Paypals website states not to do that. UGK states that some fraud alert triggered the verification. For a $10 purchase? If a hacker hacked my paypal account, they would have known my paypal username, my paypal password, and my CC code # to make a purchase. If they had all that and they were making a game purchase using my verified email address, let them have at it! In the end, I would have the digital download code in my verified email account and be playing the game by now... But no, I need to send my Driver's License to a company that I don't know for a $10 purchase. Thanks, but no thanks. I gave them two stars because they did refund my money in a timely manner. I really wish I was playing the game right now but I couldn't take the risk of sending my drivers license and dealing with identity theft.

I have been waiting for almost 4 hours since the time of purchase. I have contacted costumer services an hour ago but no replies. I have made purchases from many other retail sites and sadly this is the first site that DOES NOT deliver on time. Other retail sites also does instant deliveries on guest purchase and also automatic system restock. I wonder what the problem is? Update: finally have received the code.

well its really slow

I've ordered Dying Light on 8 February, 8:52AM (Sydney time). Despite the email stipulating "Usually orders are fulfilled within 30 minutes to 2 hours." And as well as the product information on the product page "In-stock Delivered within 30 minutes to 2 hours." I had not yet received my Dying Light key. I thought "fair enough, there may be an issue", and so I sent an email at approximately the two hour mark, 11:01AM (Sydney time), hoping to get an email from support regarding my order and an explanation to what was causing the delay. And again fair enough if there was an issue, but to not receive a response now at 5:03PM (Sydney time), at over 6 hours since an email to support was sent, it is becoming unreasonable. This is also considering that my friend, who lives in the same region had purchased his at 8 Feburary, 12:13AM (Sydney time) and received his key at 12:53AM (Sydney time) no more than 40 minutes delivery. It has been 6 hours over the maximum time of delivery, and 6 hours that my email to the support team has been ignored and/or not responded to. I should not have to be posting a negative review just to get the attention of UGK.

After waiting far too long, I got a wrong link for my game. Even if I got it in the end it still made a really bad impression. And asking for a verification of identity for a purchase through paypal? It's a first for me. Considering that paypal already check our identity I don't see the need. The support answers are reasonably fast (38 min 1st time, 12min 2nd time) and neutral.

Took them 3hrs to process & send the item after a personal photo id verification.Not the best of experience.

Well i came here from (external reference) and it says you buy the bonus edition here, so i bought it, and there are no +60 Games gametime as sad on that site that linked me here... pretty much false advertising

Dissapointing and slow process. Have not received my FM 2015 code for activation within 2 hours as stated on the website. Before purchasing the game, we were not told on the check out page that first time buyers will need to validate their identities to prove real buyers. It's been over 3.5 hours now and for such long waiting time, I'd rather pay for the full amount on steam then use this service for that $4-6 dollars cheaper. Live chat seems to be offline all the time.
