Code has already been used?!
Code was received quite quickly tbh. However the code they sent me(WWE 2K16 Xbox one) has been used, hopefully this issue will be resolved quickly.

Wrong item
I paid for Witcher 3: expansion pass I received key to a single expansion (hearts of stone).
After contacting the support of gamingdragons I received a reply which stated that there are 2 versions of the expansion pass. One which registers as the Expansion pass containing the two dlc's (The one I expected) and one where the key to the second dlc is sent separately close to release date.
I can't find any information about this alternative version of expansion pass on gamingdragons website or elsewhere.
Since the key I received registered as Hearts of Stone (not the expension pass) I still have no way of knowing if/when I'll receive the key for the second dlc.

Worst keyshop i bought from ever
I bought Metal Gear on 11:57AM got it delivered at 03:00 AM next day.
I bought thousends of items with my paypal account, nobody ever was afraid of fraud or whatever - gaming dragons somehow seems to be from time to time and wants a document with fullname and picture on it.
1. if i'd do fraud with a paypal account - trust me i would be able to fake those documents too, - instead of feeling safe, i feel unsafe for sending pictures and documents of mine to this company... they coulnd't answer me why they dont trust in my account, nor could they say what increased security comes with my e-mailed documents... they just dont answer. The key came (Nvidia voucher) and is working, but other plattforms are faster, more professional, better support, keys instead of vouchers.... i would not recommend gaming dragons!

strange
So i bought a Key for MGSV yesterday. The website said it will take about 30 min to 2 hours for it to deliver.(it did not)
After 4 hours i contacted them and they said they are out of stock and could give me an Nvidia Promo-Code instead. I said i want what i payed for and waited a little longer. After 8 Hours i wrote again and got the same response, with somebody apologizing and telling me Konami did not deliverd their order or something like that and to wait untill tomarrow.
I woke up today and noticed i was finally given a Key.
After trying to activcate it i saw that is has allready been redeemed by someone else.
I contacted support again, explaining the situation and the only response i got was:"Hello.
We will be getting more codes later today from Konami, currently we have received a very small amount of the initial order.
Thanks."
Now im just sitting here and hoping to recieve a working key, my money or at least a decent reply.
Edit: I got a fast response by someone more capable after publishing this.I got told the same story how its the fault of Konami for not sending keys and after getting tired i just took the nvidia promo-code just to be over with this. The quality of support seems to depend on your luck and the trustworthiness of the site seems kinda shady but i cant be sure who is at fault here. Next time i think ill just pay 5 bucks more and save me all the trouble

phantom pain...in my head
I ordered mgs V as pre-order yesterday....still dont have a key...support suggests to give me a nvidia code...but i dont want an nvidia key...
i see all the people on steam playing this game and discussing about it, and i dont think they all got an nvidia key -.-
only thing good is the fast response of the support team and their kindness

Got sold an invalid key, twice. Solved 3th time. Misleading advertisement. Support did their job in a reasonable time frame.
The code for my steam pre-order key for metal gear solid the phantom pain was sent withing 30 minutes.
However the code they sent me was invalid and I had to open a ticket.
I'm glad it is a game that will release in a week from now.
If I bought a game that was already released and I ran into this trouble I would not be able to play it right away.
*update
Support contacted me within 4 hours, they asked me to;
-Take a screen of the error redeeming the code
- Take a screen of my steam library, showing the game is not already redeemed.
So I did.
After that I got an email telling me to follow the steps in the original email to redeem my game. I replied I did that and sent them the required screens that my code did not work.
then I got a replacement key which was already redeemed!
Awaiting their reply for selling me an invalid key. I mailed them that and another 20 minutes later I received another key.
This one worked.
As you pay for legit software you want to support the producers of the software, not some people playing a trick of some sort with promotional keys coming with a video card I did not buy.
I have to add, this was not a key for Steam, as they advertise for. It was a key for NVDIA, which gives the key with a new video card, which you did not buy, but have to fill in on the website.
Another thing, paying with idial trough my bank, their end of the party "HiPay" tried to link some sort of wallet to my bank account for future purchases.
I got a confirmation email inviting me to confirm that wallet account.
That email together with a not working key at the time made this the worst internet shopping experience for me by far. I had to phone my bank to make sure this HiPay was not linked to my bank account some how and beside that, what I could do if the code I got would not work.
So their advertising is misleading, as they claim to sell and activate a code for steam as they really sell you a promotion code from nvidia, coming with a new product of them. How they do this is beyond me.
(you activate it trough NVDIA website, then link that to your steam)
Most stressful, misleading internet shopping experience for me in a long shot.
going from 1 to 2 stars for their relative fast response and solution from tech support.
*to reply to your reply;
"The origin of the code is from a Promo which gives you the game for a significant discount."
the code sold to me was linked to this action with Nvdia where you buy a video card. I cant link anything here as the will be considered spam, but if you google free metal gear solid phantom pain with Nvdia you will find the action I'm referring to.
Not linked to any discount, but linked to the sale of a video card I did not buy.
Back to one star for being misleading.

"Everything was explained to you via email which you still seem to choose to ignore."
I have received nothing in my email regarding an explanation or an apology from your end.
"!!!The activation code is a PROMO!!! that is why you have purchased the game for a significant discount.
That doesn't mean that you have been provided with a code that gives you a significant discount somewhere else."
I expected to buy a steam code, as advertised on your website, not a promotional code that comes free with the purchase of a video card.
That you do this is fine, BUT BE CLEAR ABOUT THIS!
the site advertises; "activation and download through steam"
activation was trough the Nvdia website, not trough steam.
"Regarding Hipay, it acts as PayPal as a payment processor, so you may receive emails suggesting that you would like to create an account with Hiplay and use it as a wallet, you don't have to call your bank in order to deal with Hiplay as they have nothing to do with them,"
Do you have any idea how inconvenient it is to find a "service" trying to link itself to your bank account after you payed trough internet?
especially after you got sold a not working key code?
It's a very aggressive way gaining costumers and that's the party that collects the money on your end of the deal.
At that time of the transaction I thought I was getting scammed and my bank account was getting robbed so I had to call them to make sure that was not the case.
So in the end happy that was not the case, but going trough these circumstances made this a very nasty experience.
"Regarding the used/invalid code issue, was resolved within a reasonable time frame considering this game is NOT yet available!"
After selling me an invalid code, sending me an already used code after that, I must say the issue was resolved within a reasonable time frame, yes.
Edit 25/8
I received a reply:
Hello.
What is the issue with Hiplay?
Its payment processor that we use in order to process transactions.
It will not link anything to you on its own, it works the same as PayPal, they might offer you to create an account and use it as a wallet the same way PayPal does.
Regarding the Nvidia promo, the game is being advertised as a Steam game which it is.
The end process give you the game on Steam which is what we sell, the game on Steam.
Regarding the used/invalid code issue that has been notified and fixed considerably fast considering the game is not out yet and you get the game that early.
A steam code would be available only on day of release or a few hours beforehand and it would of cost you another 10+ euro at best.
A 2 star rating for a great deal on a video game that retails at 60 euro is the worse misleading shopping experience ever?
That’s pretty harsh.
It would be appreciated to re-evaluate your review.
Have fun with the game.
Thanks.

My reply to that:
Hi,
My issue with Hiplay is that it tried to make a wallet linked to my bank account without me agreeing in any way to do so.
To recap my experience.
1. I was sold an invalid key.
2. I read in my email a "service" I never hear of tries to link a wallet to my bank account.
3. I called my bank to make sure this wallet from Hiplay was not aproved and that my bank account was safe. I had no other way at that time to verify that. This was a very stressful experience due to the combination of being sold an invalid key AND a "service I never heard of is trying to link a wallet to my bank account.
4. I get in contact with tech support who get me another invalid key(!) before giving me a working key.
By advertising "activation trough steam" you are misleading as activation is trough Nvdia website. Advertise things as they are.
My rating is and stays based on my experience as written above and has nothing to do with the price, but in the way I was treated and am treated now as a customer.
**Edit 26/8
After two days of tedious mailing back and forth with tech whom did not get my complaint as from their perspective the problem was solved and I was asked to elaborate the way I was treated. I mailed them the following;
---------
Hi,
About activation, your website says, "activation trough steam" It isn't the case, but that isn't the issue for me. It isn't even that relevant for my total experience nor my rating in the review.
Yes, the issue was solved quickly, I have no issue with tech support, they did their job. This however is not the big issue for me.
You do not reply on or apologize in any way for the inconvenience caused by the initially invalid key sold to me in combination with hipay trying to make a wallet linked to my bank account, which apparently it does by default. You may label this as "offering an easier way to shop next time", I define this as an aggressive way of trying to gain costumers on behalf on hipay.
Because a confirmation email of linking a hipay wallet came into my email inbox, right after I got sold an invalid key, made this a very stressful (internet shopping) experience as.
The information I had at that time was the following:
- I was sold an invalid key
- A "service" I don't know of tries to link a wallet to my bank account, I already have a confirmation mail in my inbox right after my payment.
at that time I was not sure my bank account was getting robbed or not, to be sure I was safe I had to phone my bank.
You have yet failed to acknowledge or apologize for these combining factors in particular whom made it such a stressful and negative experience for me.
On top of that is this exchange of mail not adding to an easy online purchase, as I imagine you are on the payroll to do this, I am not.
goodbye
------
(Finally) After that the product manager mailed me with an apology.
They also asked for a screenshot regarding hipay trying to link to my bank account in order to make a official complaint about their way of trying to gain new customers as hipay collects the money on their end of the deal.
I was offered a ten euro refund on my purchase for the inconvenience suffered on my behalf, which sadly could only be refunded trough a hipay wallet,... a ten euro's worth of credit on their website, meaning I have to register at gamingdragons, was offered instead, which I kindly refused.

Response from GamingDragonsAug 25, 2015
Hello.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
We have noticed an issue with our inventory and worked on a solution within less than 24h
Considering the game is not yet released.
The game is being advertised as for Steam which it is.
The origin of the code is from a Promo which gives you the game for a significant discount.
Added 25/08/2015:
If a responsive support team and a fast resolution to issues plus receiving the game early on top of paying almost half a price for a game that IS for Steam which we do advertise as such considered misleading and shady, we can only wish that every shady experience you come across will be as easy as this one.
Everything was explained to you via email which you still seem to choose to ignore.
You have purchased the game for Steam, you have received the game for Steam.
!!!The activation code is a PROMO!!! that is why you have purchased the game for a significant discount.
That doesn't mean that you have been provided with a code that gives you a significant discount somewhere else.
Regarding Hipay, it acts as PayPal as a payment processor, so you may receive emails suggesting that you would like to create an account with Hiplay and use it as a wallet, you don't have to call your bank in order to deal with Hiplay as they have nothing to do with them,
Regarding the used/invalid code issue, was resolved within a reasonable time frame considering this game is NOT yet available!
Also note that you DID NOT purchase the game for retail pricing and you have received it early (Usually retail activation codes being sent 24h before or on the day of release).
Thanks,
Yev.
