I was sold a duplicate key. But when I sent in a screenshot of my problems in Steam I was very swiftly sent another key that was working.

First, I actually ordered from a danish site, but apperantly it links to this place. Secondly it took a good while before i got the code, when in comparison other sites works instantly with my paypal. Third, the code was in an attached jpg file with an odd look to it, which leads me to think they get it from stolen keys that you hear so much about.

FORTUNATELY THE KEY HAS BEEN DELIVERED AFTER 6 HOUR.

It has been 4 hours since I have placed my order. I have send them messages and emails but haven't heard from them yet, infect I tried to open a chat but it seems that the customer service representative is asleep. It is mentioned on their website that the order will be dispatched ASAP or in 30 mins in most cases 1.5 hours. I do not see any problems with my order. Still waiting for it desperately, will see how it goes. Edit: No response of any kind. Still waiting for the last 6 hours. This is so frustrating, I cannot imagine that I have trusted them with my money. Edit: I don't know for how long I will have to wait for their response. I haven't had such a bad experience with any other gaming outlets so far. Edit: I have just received my MGS5 Phantom Pain steam key, It took a while but finally I have the game, thanks guys.

Order received in almost 5 hours

Purchased a Metal Gear Solid V The Phantom Pain key for steam using PayPal was instantly taken out of my account and a order confirmation from Gaming Dragons was sent at 5:05PM AEST and after waiting 2 hours for my key I got nothing. After 2 emails to support nothing has happened to help with this issue. Also a quote from their F.A.Q. "Purchasing as a guest, the order will be fulfilled within 30 minutes to 2 hours after your purchase." Yeah right..... Still waiting. Update: After 4 hours I got the key and I am happy to raise the rating to 3 stars

Good Morning, I just bought the game "Unepic" and I have not gotten any key or anything like steam to record my game. I have received a link where gambling and a key is downloaded to decompress, but not to register it. They could explain how this is possible? best regards.
