I requested a refund, not giving a reason, not knowing if it was even in the ToC or anything, and I received a full refund within 30 minutes. Excellent service, will purchase there in the future.

Purchased Dying light PC when i saw the deal was on 40% discount, And there was a further discount with the coupon from their twitter/facebook page. Received my keys through email in less than half hour after payment. Activated through steam with no problems at all. Very happy and satisfied. =) Will purchase again for sure.

Preislich OK, sehr schneller Support. und schnelle Lieferung. Hatte mir ein Game bestellt das heute release hatte, nach ca. 3 Stunden war der Key immer noch nicht da. Habe ein Ticket geschrieben und etwa 15 min. später kam die Rückmeldung das sie die Keys noch nicht auf Lager hätten, sobal die Keys verfügbar sind werde mir meiner zugestellt. Nach 1,5 Stunden hatte ich dann meiner. Somit alles TOP!

Nice and easy to buy, cheap price, easy to download and install. Game (Gears of War PC) is freaking awesome on the PC. Looking forward of buying more games off you guys. :D

I'm happy with Gaming Dragons (UGK), just a little bit sad it took 1h to receive the key but other than that it's perfect!

I bought a 15-days card for Wildstar, but couldn't apply it... After very quick answers from support (and few screenshots of the error) i even got a replacement key. In the end the issue was that my account had been banned while i was gone... But the seller did everything to help!
