I had no problems at checkout, but 30 mins after the confirmation of payment, I received an e-mail where they asked mo for a copy of my ID. I sent it to them, but I haven't received any confirmation or my key until now. Edit: The support team was very nice to send it to me once again and offered to find a solution if it doesn't get to me again. Very nice support team you got there!
