I soldi dalla mia carta di credito sono stati scalati immediatamente ma il rimborso ahimè arriverà tra 5/10 gg.

Game setup download incomplete and can't resume
The download manager doesn't work properly. Can't download the game = can't play the game!
The setup is 1.5GB download and there should be three files.
First time I ran it downloaded setup003.rar about 140MB and a dodgy looking index.htm file, then the download manager died or closed after trying to open the index.tml.
Ran it again and this time it downloaded setup002.rar about 715MB.
Third time, trying to resume the Download manager doesn't work.
Keeps going to 0.02MB of 1536 MB (0%) and then back to 0.00MB and then to 0.02MB again in a cycle.

Not happy at all
I ordered a game and heard nothing for 3 hours. Finally I got a download link and password.
After a 9 hour download, it didn't work and after hours of frustration, finally got to the point where I could install the game. When I installed it, I got numerous errors. I finally got a tech to take over my pc and he did another download. After another 5 hours, I tried to reinstall it and got the same error messages. I've sent many emails and filled out forms and have not got a reply. AND THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND THEIR LIVE ONLINE CHAT IS NEVER ONLINE.
Response from GamingDragonsMar 19, 2014
Hi,
An agent have helped you with the download so there is someone who is answering.
Download speed is irrelevant since your connection is unstable and may be the cause for download corruption.
After a quick speed test your 3MB connection appears to be less than 1MB
and had spikes and a 134 ping to same location you are located which is quite high.
Anyhow you will be refunded.
Thanks.

Respect human error - NO
Apparently a few folks over in the EA forums have an issue buying the Hung/Polish/Russian key with no English nativity. Now this can be handled many ways. EA can provide keys that are universal in a day and age that should be able to across the world and two if somebody makes a reasonable mistake to no read the "specs". Now Gaming Dragons could put a image on the package that says NON-ENGLISH VERSION on image to prevent this issue from happening. Click Buy.. most of us don't read. We live in a click buy society, seldom do we read, especially when it comes to our entertainment value.
As for the response on human error this is the message I recieved:
Sent: Sunday, March 10, 2013 12:07 PM
Subject: RE: Support Ticket: [Sensitive Information Removed]
Hi,
If the product is already activated there is nothing we can do about it at this point.
There is instructions you can follow to play the game in English.
There was enough information provided to make it clear that this version does not include English natively.
Thanks.
me:
It's ok, EA going to provide the english download as a escalation tomorrow. As for the instructions, no where to be found as for the information provided. Click Read Buy... I missed the read part, but thanks for making the choice easier to use a different provider that respects human error.
THEM:
Hi,
We respect human error within reasonable boundaries.
Before you are able to redeem the game you can see all the specifications
What languages and what bonuses are available.
And Origin asks you if you would like to proceed and activate the game.
And yet you did.
On top of that we have specifically described that this is what you get in the game description.
We buy these games and for activated product no one will reimburse our order.
Thanks.
The following is in the reply here in Trust pilot:
1. From buy to activation, the ONLY time I saw only english was at time of "install" not activation of key.
2. Origin at no time BEFORE activation of said key said it was polish. Which btw the EA agent understood and escalated it strait away! Score one for decent customer service!
3. As provided... where exactly because it would have solved all this time and grief to both are persons if it was on site or even as your First reply.
4. See image, they look the bloody same (again didn't read).
5. Clearly states doesn't account for human error now does it and see 3.
And did I ask for a refund? no. Now I wonder what got you to that assumption and wasted both our times?
Oh and P.S. Ask the sold souls of the people who "signed" the terms of service here. [External Link Removed] And ask me if 12% of people who actually read it is your definition of "reasonable". P.S.S. Good to know "we're" sure they read and my own appeal to authority fallacy can find common ground LMFAO.
The exodus continues... click comments to see.

Hello,
"Apparently a few folks over in the EA forums have an issue buying the Hung/Polish/Russian key with no English nativity. Now this can be handled many ways."
Yes there is, don't buy it in the first place (Problem solved)
"most of us don't read, We live in a click buy society"
You might want to represent yourself with this one, taking the blame on a whole society is not necessary, we're sure they do their share of reading just fine.
'if somebody makes a reasonable mistake to no read the "specs".'
there one thing wrong with the sentence, the 'reasonable' should not be there.
Perhaps taking responsibility for your own actions would be a better expression.
The details was made quite clear before you have purchased.
1. You had also a few hours to regret and cancel the order and claim it was made in error and you didn't,
2. You have activated the code in Origin although you were asked to confirm that you are going to activate the Polish, Hungarian and Russian Only language edition.
And yet you activated.
3. We have provided a way to play the game in English as well to get around your mistake.
4. There are two version on our website, the Multi-language and the Eastern Europe versions, you have decided to purchase the Eastern Europe version.
5. In the Eastern Europe edition we clearly state that this is what you get and we will not take responsibility if you're not one of them or the English patch will not work.
We hardly see why it's a reasonable error and why we need to refund you.
a specially after you have activated the game.
EDIT:
"From buy to activation, the ONLY time I saw only english was at time of "install" not activation of key.
Origin at no time BEFORE activation of said key said it was polish. Which btw the EA agent understood and escalated it strait away! Score one for decent customer service!"
Wrong again.
You might want to check your eyes. either you have selective reading or a tendency to be right when you're wrong.
look over here: http://www.gamingdragons.com/hardtoreadorigin.jpg
"3. As provided... where exactly because it would have solved all this time and grief to both are persons if it was on site or even as your First reply."
Right over here, where you have again somehow failed to read:
http://www.gamingdragons.com/failagain.jpg
4. See image, they look the bloody same (again didn't read).
"again didn't read"
Take responsibility for your actions then.
Maybe next time we will write on the images all the languages the game offers
As a wall of text over the images
But then you might skip reading again. who knows...
"5. Clearly states doesn't account for human error now does it and see 3."
How is that justify a one star review over your own mistake?
And why we should recognize it as a "reasonable or a honest mistake" when you had 5 signs and a few hours to regret the order and just contact us before activating the code?
"And did I ask for a refund? no."
You have indicated toward it, or again failed to read our response?
http://www.gamingdragons.com/readandread.jpg
"Oh and P.S. Ask the sold souls of the people who "signed" the terms of service here. http://www.bit-tech.net/news/gaming/2010/04/15/gamestation-we-own-your-soul/1"
There is no possible way to compare a wall of text in EULA OR TOS V.S. A few lines of text in front of your face.
Get a grip and be responsible for your actions and remove this review that just proves that you were wrong all the way.
if you're looking to get a compensation from us you can forget it.
you did whatever possible for us not even consider to do so as we usually do.

Mad...
Got the key within an hour... was a steam product key for COD:MW3... was excited at the price... and the fact I've bought from them in the past.... but, this time, was freaking awful. They sent me a duplicate key... meaning they already sold someone the key I received... Highly pissed.. and have been waiting for a response from them, but nothing. I am a civil lawyer. Hope you respond soon.
They added this 9 hours ago:
Instead of attacking us, might be a good idea to have a little patience and wait for us to resolve the issue.
Thanks for being so understanding and complaining about us to the whole world.
Next time, take your business elsewhere if you think we are such a terrible company.
//////
Here's my response:
Sorry, I thought you, propitiatory company of cd keys, would take things a little more serious. You have 12 more hours to refund me or replace the product key I purchased. I sincerely hope you haste this process.. Resolving this issue is a no brainer. Refund the money, or give me a new product key.... It doesn't take 12 hours. It's common sense. Btw, I am a lawyer. Last time I checked, selling "sold" goods to another customer is illegal. You might want to be a little more careful in the future.
*UPDATE*
Yeah, what you guys don't realize is that when you sell duplicate keys... whomever is trying to register the same product key jeopardizes the original buyer of that same key... so in essence, you aren't just screwing the guy you sold the original key to but also the guy you just screwed.
You really aren't in any place or circumstance to be making smart ass comments on an open discussion about your company. Btw, posting complaints privately made to your website from a customer is very unprofessional.... Might want to look up Nicola Brookes vs Internet Trolls of Facebook (it was a very popular case). Say anything negative or slanderer, further, and I'll sue you.
*update*
Actually the FB troll case has everything to do with what I'm saying. You are continually harassing me based on an honest review; taking classless but legal legalities is just plain dumb. I'm not an idiot, I realized from the start about your non-disclosure. I am just here to inform your future buyers of your unprofessional-ism and irresponsibility to current and future clients. I'm almost 100% positive that the natural reaction of someone buying previously sold goods is irritability. I gave you a fair warning, be expecting a subpoena.
P.S. I got everything I need in this review.
Response from GamingDragonsOct 26, 2012
Hi,
Your response was this one:
was the steam key you guys gave me to activate for MW3....
When I got on steam and tried to activiate the key... it said the key had already been registered that it was a duplicate... WTF....
I want a new key or a fucking refund back.
Is this how you run things Selling the same keys over and over.
our response was this one:
You might want to check your junk or spam folders for the replacement that was issued to you.
Also as mentioned before if you have any problem with the game code you can just contact us and we resolve the problem if we indeed made a mistake.
Currently we did make a mistake we’re humans after all working here.
It happens to the big guys as well if you may or may not know.
Hopefully next time you won't lose your cool.
Quickly running and posting a one star review is the worst case scenario.
But as you will find out we already have replaced you with a brand new code.
Thanks.
Summery:
"WTF....
I want a new key or a fucking refund back."
quite an accomplished lawyer. might want to hold up and wait with the lawyer flag after 7 year old comment.
next time you might want to take a nicer approach and more polite after all you're enjoying your game in the end don't you Mr. Lawyer?
as stated before we're humans and mistakes can happen, running and complaining even before you considered to check if we replaced you the code is quite a sorry move.
serenely to the greatest lawyer in the world.
Thanks.
*UPDATE:*
"what you guys don't realize is that when you sell duplicate keys... whomever is trying to register the same product key jeopardizes the original buyer of that same key"
We're sorry to inform you but it doesn't work like that.
would of been a good idea to check with steam how their activation system works before assuming invalid information.
"posting complaints privately made to your website from a customer is very unprofessional"
Using unrespectful attitude while contacting us and use fault language is also unprofessional Mr. Lawyer we don't see you commenting on that matter.
Just so you know we can post anything against your silly review as long as it does not affect your privacy, might want to get an update on your information database for your future cases.
"Might want to look up Nicola Brookes vs Internet Trolls of Facebook (it was a very popular case). Say anything negative or slanderer, further, and I'll sue you. "
No connection at all can be established from what you have just posted with the current situation, from this point out you can sue whoever and whatever you want.
Being rude and unrespectful can only prove how unestablished you are.
*UPDATE*
"I am just here to inform your future buyers of your unprofessional-ism and irresponsibility to current and future clients."
Your review is plain useless to our future clients.
Future client are capable of understanding how things work and if there is a problem we resolve it as we did with your order (as stated in our terms of use by the way)
so in the end your review is rendered useless. just so we can be clear on that.
"I'm almost 100% positive that the natural reaction of someone buying previously sold goods is irritability."
Understandable BUT responding with rude email and cursing toward our support team who is here to help you will only result in a ban unfortunately we were nice enough to address your disgusting email AND fix the problem.
"I gave you a fair warning, be expecting a subpoena."
would you like us to publish your other very respectful email after we nicely and simply explained to you how things work (which is also stated in our terms of use).
Also you are talking about being un-professional while you disqualify yourself from this category by being rude and careless about how you address your complain.
next time you might want to re-think before you run around and threaten to sue anyone.
"P.S. I got everything I need in this review."
We bet you do. Good luck with that.
