I have tried to buy a key for GTA 5. After i waiter over 3 hours i wrote an support email to them. 5 hours later it came the answer: Please send us a copy if your ID, we need to verify your purchase. I really have to say that it is a realy lame shop, ive already bought on so many sites game keys but this one is really the worst of all!! I dont recommend it!!

Bought a copy of WWE2K15, with the estimated delivery of 30minutes to 2 hours. After 3 hours of not receiving the code, I asked for a refund, as I found another site which gave me the game instantly, and for a better chance. I then received the codes 6 hours later, and then reiterated my request for a refund. I was then told that I would receive my refund "when my code had been sold to a new customer." This is quite an disappointing response as I'm not sure why I should have to wait for someone to purchase this game from the website, which could take a week, at least. I should be entitled to my refund immediately, as I have already said that I am not going to use the code. I don't want to be waiting in limbo for someone to buy this game and for my refund to appear back where it belongs.

First of all, fast delivery! Following the instructions I created a social club account and activated the game (it shows up in my account). When installing I need to enter the key again and then it says "Key already used before" (yes, when I created the social club account). Installation not possible. Created a support ticket at Rockstar on 23.05. but still no answer today (29.05.). The "used key" issue is known by Rockstar but apparently they do not care or solve it. The instructions send with the order work for most people but for some including me failed to work.

I paid for my games with my PayPal account which is already verified and directly debits from my checking account and I recieved an email stating that I needed to show ID to verify my identity in order to receive the games I purchased. I could understand if I just threw my credit card on there, but PayPal is verified. I'm completely confused because when I requested a refund I still haven't heard back. I'm tee'd off that on my VERIFIED account they would request personal information listed as a copy of my ID, passport, DL, or other ID. I'm not here to have my identity stolen and overall that's what I feel like this site might do. Should have just gone directly with the creators in the first place.

Like many others. I preordered Dying Light where was wrote - "If you have Pre-Ordered a game it will be approved and sent on release day." And I still haven't key. No info about delay, nothing. First and last purchase from this site.

I purchased a cdkey for Dying Light (January version) yesterday. On the web it says the key will be delivered before or on the release date. I haven't received any email explaining why it is delayed, and when I asked they said it would be delivered about midday, or later. Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought later didn't mean a lot of hours...

Ive bouht the game yesterday, and im Stil waiting my dying light key....

preordered dying light as others on here for £23:99 when I questioned would I get key today it was no you need to pay a further £9 odd for todays release nothing was said "we are struggling to get copys or the supplier is at fault" then I enquired will I deffo get my dying light steam key today yes they said morning or midday and I have had nothing ive had to send email after email to get answers and now im asking for a full refund im sticking with who I usually use .had to update this due to the lack of customer support an absolute joke I emailed them this morning at 6am uk time its now 10:15 and still nothing no apology oh and still no refund or update on when keys will be issued ...this is one company that really takes the mick..
