First buy from company. After waiting more than 8 hours for email I got on live chat asking where it is. Told that they were waiting for contract to be renewed and approved. Wanted to ask why they are selling codes to games they don't even have a contract for yet and what would happen if the contract was denied, wait forever to get refunded or given a credit and forced to pick some other game I didn't want, but that wouldn't help getting the game I ordered. Code was sent a short time later. Had trouble getting game installed then had trouble getting it to run. After some back-and-forth emails(which were answered in minutes)and even letting customer service have remote access to my computer everything was fixed. Now I currently have problem with getting patch to install because it says game is not installed or is corrupted, but at least I can play the game as it is. I'll deal with the patching headache some other time. Good to see at least that this company understands that excellent customer service is the most crucial in having a business..

I buyed here Hitman: Absolution on low price and this is not fast, but and not slowly. The CD-Key is working and I happy. I recomend this shop!

I was lured in by the very low price, and a promise of fast delivery, as this weekend is the only free time I have for the next couple of weeks. The download link came 3 hours after I had paid. It's not bad, just being nitpicky here, as I thought it would be less. Now for the problems. My download stopped at 99%. It said something about the file not being available for download and nothing could be done. I then checked their webpage for their "direct download link guide" which suggested 3 different programs to assist in downloading the file. I choose the DAP and this is where your rating went from 2/5 to 1/5. This piece of crap program changed my browser settings, and tried to install other programs after it was installed. Since I had no clue how to use the program (there was no explanation on how to use this program to download the file either. It just tried to download the page and not the .exe file) I thought I had to accept it. As soon as I noticed it was one of "those" programs, I uninstalled everything. Suggesting the use of ANY program that changes ANY settings a customer has is unacceptable! Even if you can avoid it by carefully going through a custom install where you have to REMOVE marks from every single checkbox. EDIT: Download failed again. Decided to buy the package with Bioshock + Bioshock 2 since it's Steam download. If I had done this from the start this review would have been 5/5. The e-mail arrived just minutes after paying. I raised the overall rating to 2/5 because of previously mentioned experience. I suggest you take a look at your "direct download" option, as that was the cause of the bad experience Edit2 reply: I looked at the option to contact your support team, but live suppot was offline, and since it's Saturday, I thought the contact form would not get a reply before Monday, and I was quite impatient ;) Thank you for the swift reply and help, that really makes up for the bad experience. If not for the weird ID card/Drivers license/passport image requirement, this would be 5 stars. Why they need that is beyond me, especially since we're paying through Paypal which takes care of that kind of thing. Otherwise though, the price was great and service is swift!

I ordered Supreme Commander Gold ed from them. It took like 5~6 hours to receive the cdkey in my mail. As I can see, the whole process from process the order to delivery is done manually by human. This is the reason I just give them 4 stars, because they are decent like many other cdkey sellers on the Internet, so that was acceptable for me. I suggest them making a registration system for faster checkout and auto delivery to compete with those big guys in the cdkey market and get above average

So my first two purchases on Gaming Dragon. Hitman Absolution and Prototype 2. Both were very cheap, almost half of what I could find anywhere else. Everything seemed legit, and I was happy.. I chose and paid.. then expected my activation codes to appear within the usual (i hear) 30 mins to 2 hrs. They did not. Alas I cant complain I suppose, I did receive them, and am downloading them now. Another few hours and I'm good. The codes arrived around 5 hrs after the purchase, and that is my only complaint, After they failed to come earlier I did some looking around and found a couple of reviews that were not so flattering (about gamingdragons) and started to worry. Unjustly it seems. Codes arrived, I just hope there isn't any issues with languages like I have seen. Only reason it isn't 5 star is the time it takes to receive the activation codes.
