The desk organizer is very sturdy and holds a lot of information. It is just the right size to be on office desk and still not be in the way. If you're looking to get more organized, this is definitely the right product.

There was originally an issue with Delivery as there was some sort of problem with shipping to Canada. The service person I dealt with was very friendly and co-operative. Past the initial hiccup the service was excellent. Sometimes when ordering online you can only really test how good a company is when things go wrong. Ultimate Office handle the issue quickly and efficiently. They apologized for the mistake and fixed it in an appropriate time. Great customer service.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving this order. We had a problem with the original shipment going to Canada and the order was returned to our warehouse in error. The order was reshipped last week and the orders is scheduled for delivery today 3/27/17. I am sorry, but it appears that the email that we had sent you last week with the tracking number was not received. Normally orders are shipped promptly and received on a timely basis and I am sorry that your order was an exception to this rule. We appreciate your business and value you as a customer. - Ed Bauer

The whiteboard and essentials I ordered were top-notch. Got them in a timely manner and everything was great. There was an issue with my second order of accessories and I have to say, their response was fast. They re-filled my order, were in touch with me quickly, and were very professional. I would highly recommend Ultimate Office to everyone. Service and quality of merchandise is excellent - the way it should be.
