Ultimate OfficeReviews of ultimateoffice.com

The products ordered are perfect for organizing a busy law office. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to length of time it took to receive products (about 2 weeks). I guess I've been spoiled by standard supplies being delivered in a day. I would definitely order from Ultimate Office again.

I had ordered an item with the help of a customer service representative, to make sure I was ordering the right product. When I got the delivery, the product ended up being the wrong one and when I called into customer service they took the time to make sure the problem was solved and that I was taken care of. I am grateful that they took the extra time to look into the issue and make sure that overall there was satisfaction with the product or end result. Thank you Ultimate Office and a special thank you to Ed, the customer service rep who took care of me.

The item was not marked clearly that the attachments were NOT included for the added set

Aside from a misspelling on the verse we requested on the second review, we were satisfied with the quality. The ordering process was very easy and the product shipped quickly. Thanks!

Furniture was delivered VERY quickly and looks great in our setting. Staff was very helpful when we needed some help with paperwork. Only drawback was finding the same items for a better price a few days later. Just should have shopped around more.

Glad the window files are available again! I'm a visual person so the window showing a title or page one of a project is great for keeping track of what's in the files. And COLOR is a bonus. I often relate ideas or projects to colors so it's easy to sort my current work. And COLOR is a mood lifter and fun -- file my purple prose in a purple file folder. ETC.

The items I ordered were in stock and delivery expectations we met! Thank you!!!

These folders have been ordered time and time again, but the last batch (of about 30-40) must have been defective. The button on the front of which the loop secured the flap kept coming off. After researching comparable pockets/folders, I decided to try ONE MORE TIME.....with success. Item #: 62131-FR Item: Side-Load Project Envelopes, Frost w/Assorted Flaps (set of 5)
