I really love your products however I placed an order for two items and the shipping took 2 1/2 weeks!! While I expect this when not paying for expedited shipping I didn't expect for my order to come in incomplete. The package came without any explanation on the invoice as to why I didn't receive the other item. Instead the invoice reflected all items were shipped and the total amount paid. I called, found out it was back ordered, was given a shipping date and my package arrived a week 1/2 after the date I was given.

In the past this item was made using metal prongs. Now they are plastic. The material used for the sheet protectors is also of a lesser quality while the price is still the same. I love the design of this item but would likely not purchase anymore in the future.

Hi Christy, Thank you for ordering with us again. We do offer the most extensive lineup of Reference Organizers to meet every budget. Most of Reference Organizers do come standard with metal prongs including our best-selling DocuMate Organizer. Our AdjustAview organizer does come with plastic tip pockets, but we have had any reports of the pockets breaking. This organizers should last a very long time, however if you would like to exchange the organizer you purchased for our DocuMate with the metal tips we would be happy to do that for you. Product is fine. However, product was not readily available, took several weeks to ship. Also, instructions were NOT included.

We had a problem with receiving our complete order. I received communication that my order was complete and shipped. It turned out that it wasn't true. One item had not been delivered. I had to e-mail your customer service and call to get the error corrected and to receive the most expensive item we had ordered. I wasn't pleased with the extra time (That no one has) it took me to correct the error or the time it took for the items to be shipped. Customer Service was very helpful.

I am sorry that the order did not arrive in one shipment. We do ship from multiple warehouses and sometimes the products do not always arrive on the same day. I'm really enjoying the products I've received. My only problem is that you should have a template for the spine of the notebooks. Other than that all is working out well.
