I purchased a mat from Ultimate Mats, about 6 months ago. I noted that it had some raised edges, but thought they would drop out over time. After 6 months I realized that they were not going to lay down flat, so I called the company to inquire about what to do. The nice woman on the other end of the phone said that it should not be doing this. She said she would check with customer service and email me back with what they said. I received and email stating that they would be sending out a new mat and there was no need to return the other mat. They said they were so sorry for the inconvenience. I was AMAZED at this customer service! I would HIGHLY recommend Ultimate Mats to anyone!!

I looked at at least 5 other mat stores online and they all wanted to charge me $100 for an artwork fee then another $100 for one mat itself. Well then I found ultimate mats and got TWO mats for about $150 TOTAL. And these mats that I received match any out there for quality and appearance. I will be ordering again for sure.
