Just want to say there was a mess up with the one mat I ordered but Diane immediately took care of the problem. Their customer service is awesome and great quality mats. Highly recommend.

Mats are great. Once I got them. It took alittle over 3 weeks to get them but other then that very pleased.

The ONLY thing I wish was different was the fact that I think the non-carpeted part of the rug needs to be a little more heavier duty especially around the edges. It's not flimsy but I was expecting a little bit beefier edge for some reason. Besides that, they shipped out insanely fast after I gave them the go ahead and look awesome. Like, the ink was barely dry on my check to them and my 3 rugs had already arrived. Diane was great to work with even though this was a priority then fell off the priority list for a while but then when it got back on my priority list, she was happy to help finish the transaction.

I received quotes from multiple logo mat companies and this one was in the middle, but looked like great quality for a good price! Glad I was right! A little slow on getting back to me, but my contact had a family emergency, so that is understandable. All in all very happy with a mat that looks like it will last!

It took a little longer to go through the process of getting a custom mat but we really like what we ordered. We did have a problem with our order but it was cleared up quickly. The rep who worked with us was highly customer service oriented

As the title suggests, Ultimate Mats sold us a good product at a fair price. The mat provides excellent protection for the wood floor in our entry hallway. I would have given a five star rating but it took over three weeks from the time it was ordered until we received delivery.

The rug is great. High quality and good looking. I think I might even order one for the house. The downside: the delivery/shipping time is long in comparison to other online services and my charge account was charged 3 weeks before I received the rug.

It took an unusually long time to receive the product -- about one month from the day I placed my order. However, when I did inquire about my order I got prompt replies. The product was as described and in great shape, works as advertised.
