Helpful PMs
Helpful PMs, reasonable rates, good company to collaborate.

Since 2005, we've helped businesses communicate with the cultures and markets where they operate. We started as a translation company and have grown into a global partner for content, data, and market growth, built on continuous innovation in language.People and technology are how we deliver at scale. We work with the best linguists in the field, who, together with our proprietary technology, custom-trained AI models, and secure on-premise deployments, combine machine speed with human reliability. Our data solutions bring that same linguistic and cultural expertise to AI, collecting, annotating, validating, and evaluating human-sourced data so models understand the contexts they're deployed in. Our international marketing services then help that content perform in-market, through multilingual SEO, paid search, content, and social campaigns built for Asian and emerging markets. With Localize to Globalize as our motto, we help businesses build connections by removing language and culture as barriers.

They make their best efforts to be a good translation agency, but they are too much on the client's side to the detriment of translators' professionality. Jobs are managed decently (with increasing attention over last couple of years) and they pay invoices automatically at every beginning of month, which is great, but rates are too low and they are giving too much power to AI, to the point of heavily damaging translators. I hope they can find a better point of balance soon because human translators are the gold of this sector, not the rubbish.
