I'm sure this company is a scam preying on the elderly and vulnerable. I happened to be visiting an elderly friend when they rang to say he'd taken out a plumbing & drainage contract with them 2 years ago, they wanted £100+ to renew or a canx fee of £120 which would have to be paid today. They gave me a first name & phone number but hung up when I said it was a housing assoc. property so he wouldn't have ever needed a maint. contract.

This so called company is a scam, cold calling older people and telling them they have taken out insurance to cover their electrical goods. Took my mother’s bank details and £180 from her. Do not touch them.
