Moved over to London from Northern Ireland. Process was really straight forward and the agent facilitated a video call because I couldn’t be there in person. Made me feel really confident and trust that the property was real! Too many scams out there!! When I moved in the property had been deep cleaned, to give credit to the company my room was spotless. When I told support I wasn’t happy with my desk chair they bought me a brand new which I thought was great service and somthing I haven’t experienced before in other rentals. Kitchen came with everything so I didn’t really have to buy that much. Overall would really recommend this company to anybody moving to London and looking for a room from abroad.

I don’t usual leave reviews. But with my experience and Siennas expertise I was able to find a flat to rent that suited my needs very easily. We went through options and she was very transparent and candid with which would be the best option for me personally. I felt at the beginning and throughout my tenancy- supported by the company and the team. Thank you UKRCR!
