The problem is that 5 gems is the same kind of small goodwill amount ordinary support can provide, so there was effectively no meaningful VIP or loyalty benefit at all. Even worse, my account showed 0 new gems after the email, while support insisted that the gems had already been credited. I had already received 5 gems several days earlier, which made the whole situation even more confusing. After spending thousands of euros in only three weeks, this was an extremely disappointing result from what they described as a “thorough VIP/loyalty review.” No bonus credits, no VIP benefits, no future purchase bonus and no meaningful recognition of my spending. Based on my experience, high spending on this platform does not appear to result in meaningful loyalty treatment.
