Years of Dependable Performance and Outstanding Support
I’ve been using UkeySoft’s Apple Music Converter for years, and it’s been one of those rare pieces of software that just quietly does its job perfectly. When Apple dropped support for Intel apps, I reached out to UkeySoft and the support team responded quickly, clearly, and with a working solution — my lifetime licence was honoured, and the update to the new Apple Silicon version was completely free. Looking through other reviews, it’s clear my experience isn’t unique. People consistently praise the fast, friendly support and how quickly technical issues get resolved. Transferring the software to a new computer has always been seamless for me, and the interface is clean and intuitive enough that you can get to work, straight away. Overall, UkeySoft has been reliable, easy to use, and backed by a support team that actually helps when you need them. A solid company with dependable software.
