Had an issue with my license key. Was resolved within 1 hour. Very impressed!!!

The Tunesbank software works really well and the support is given by real human beings (I recently changed computer and needed to deauthorise the app on the old one to enable it on the new one). I was considering dropping a star because communications weren’t always super swift, but the support is there and that’s more important to me.

I had difficulty with Ukeysoft Apple Music Converter and it kept throwing the message error occurred; Steven handled it and supplied step-by-step directions on how to fix it, and the problem is no longer a problem. Good customer service.

mon expérience est négative. après quelques échanges, la réinstallation de key spotify music converter pour mac, la vitesse de conversion est toujours extrêmement lente, avec de nombreuses erreurs.On m'a répondu que c'était du à la vitesse de mon réseau alors que j'ai pu expérimenter muconvert spotify music downloader, tunefab spotify music downloader ou free mac spotify music downloader qu ont tous converti une piste de 2'30'' en moins de 10 secondes alors que cela prend plus de deux minutes avec key... j'ai finalement demandé un remboursement et depuis je n'ai plus eu de réponse.

Purchased their Spotify converter but could not cancel and their emails bounce back, seems like a con to me will have to go the chargeback route with my bank. Thank you for your response but one opportunity to cancel through an email is sorry not acceptable.

Their feedback here on Trustpilot after my first review March 7th was: "Hi, If you have any question, please send email to us: (email address) Or, you can directly chat with us via Facebook: (link) We will reply you and help you solve the problem ASAP." I mailed them, but I still get no answer…

I have purchased the software and used it for some time. Then it stopped working. I did write an e-mail to more than one address and no reply was there. But then once somebody replied (long holiday) there was a good cooperation in order to fix the issue. I was just sending the log files and checking if it works. It took some time - but i do understand things are not fixed within finger click. After all i got my time extended and software is working ok. So happy with it. Thanks for help.
