Ordered a hoodie for my daughter via Wowcher. Never received it. Birthday has now come and gone - tracking number for Evri is not valid - even Evri say they have no record of receiving the goods. UK Dreams Store has not bothered to reply to any emails sent to them. The reviews on this site speak for themselves - have now asked my bank to reverse the payment. I suggest a name change to the UK Nightmare Store.

Absolutely dreadful.. Sent for an item via wowcher. Have not received it.. They told me they'd send a replacement but the tracking number is the same as the one that went missing.. They seem to have no idea what they are doing. Don't order anything from them you most likely won't get it. All I want is what I paid for but this mess of a company can't even do that.

I purchased some sparkle shoes for my granddaughters birthday party through wowcher, they never arrived. I'd had to pay a separate delivery cost to ukdreamstore of £3.99. Wowcher are only refunding me my wowcher price of £13.99 said that ukdreamstore need to refund my delivery cost but they won't answer my emails. I'm now £3.99 out of pocket. Absolute disgrace of a company and probably another scam, rob enough people of £3.99 without having to do anything. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!

I purchased a WEIXIANG strimmer through Living Social. The instructions are incomprehensible and there are parts missing and no charger as advertised. There is no contact information for Living Social through whom I purchased the voucher for Dreamstore

I bought a voucher from living social in Ireland for a cordless strimmer from this supplier. Got it to my amazement the grass strimmer can't cut grass. UK dreamstore contacted me to say they didn't know what expectations customers had of a grass strimmer seriously ill give you a clue cut grass. They offered me a 7 euro partial refund seeing as though I paid 40 euro that includes postage I don't really think that's a great deal. They don't shoulder the cost of returning items. Stay away from this joke of a company .
