Awful company. Item never received although according to Evri they have it. Tried to complain and after 2 responses saying item on its way now nothing. I used Wowcher to buy this and so far can’t get a refund. They are still advertising the item I supposedly purchased with a note saying speedy and delivery. 🤬

I ordered Christmas Decorations (outdoor reindeer family) through Wowcher. Paid them £29.99 for it plus £3.99 for delivery. It was to be sent from a company called UK Dream Store. I received an Evri tracking number straight away. When I didn't receive item I contacted Evri who confirmed that even though a tracking number was generated, the seller never handed over the parcel. So I contacted Wowcher escalation in WhatsApp. They said they can't do anything till seller respond even though it was Wowcher who took money. Then I checked UK Dream Store in Companies House and it was liquidated few years ago. Yet Wowcher is still advertising stuff from them and happily taking money off people. Basically Wowcher is a SCAM WEBSITE! I had to claim money back from bank and PayPal because Wowcher wouldn't refund.

I've never bought through Wowcher before and never will again. The vouchers were for this store and I didn't receive my items. customer services don't reply. Will have to make a claim through my payment protection company.

Wish I read these reviews. They have arrived, no instructing, rubbish build, lights don't work. Trying to find out how to get refund. Any ideas? Got them off wowcher. Do not use

Ordered the three light up rain deer, what a scam this is from Dream store, worth about £5 they haven’t replied to my emails, least I got them so many people didn’t, don’t want to send them back because I know I won’t get a refund and I will have to pay the return (more expense) 😡

Like everyone else, no sign of my order and no sign of a refund. Again as others have said the item is supposedly sitting with Evri (11days). No way of contacting Wowcher. Absolutely rubbish, avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting. My mother ( pensioner) ordered Christmas gift for her sister. Never arrived. Similar to others given evri tracking code and nothing happened. Have emailed and no response. Ripping off pensioners at Christmas truly a wow 😡😡😡😡

I agree with all the comments!!! I too ordered the light up reindeers and the items arrived after 3 weeks of chasing and raising a dispute!! No support at all from woucher and ukdreamstore!! A complete sham and disgusting how both these companies operate!!! The reindeer’s are probably £3 from China!!!! Going straight in the bin!! STAY AWAY from WOUCHER also, a total sham company, no customer service support, hidden delivery costs!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
