I recently renewed my passport. I have say that the lady who processed my application was simply outstanding. Communication and assistance through the whole process was of the highest order. I highly recommend the excellent service ukabroad provide. They are fast, efficient and possess excellent communication skills. They even arrange for the courier to collect your documentation. Turned around inside a month from NZ I would not hesitate recommending ukabroad to anyone wanting a secure and hassle free renewal of their passport. Cheers Kirsten
