We had avoided renewing our UK passports after living back in NZ for some time - 2 needed renewing, 1 was lost and 1 had never been applied for. It sat as a 'don't know where to start' task for some years. I was nervous about paying up front to start the process (as I had sourced UK Abroad via a search only, not a recommendation), but once I did that, the process was amazing. Everything is broken down into small tasks that makes the overall process very easy and simple - I wish I'd done this earlier! Terri was brilliant, every time I emailed her, I received a response that day or the next morning. Terri explained everything clearly and professionally. I would not hesitate in using their services again or recommending them to others. I was advised it may take 4 to 6 weeks but to my surprised my Passport returned in 18 days. I then received a follow up email explaining who to contact to get my visa electronically attached to my new passport. Kevin
