Very straightforward, easy process to renew my expired British passport, from Canada. I had a good communication with Jan, who was friendly, clear and prompt in our correspondence. Efficient service, and surprisingly simple for an old bloke like me. It took about four weeks, from filling out the form online, to the reception of my lovely new passport.
