I have very good experience in getting assistance from Elyse, the British Passport Consultant. Initially I have difficulties in getting all the first line address verification documents required. With the guidance from Elyse I finally be able to meeting the requirement by providing alternatives. The process is smooth and quick and I can get the new passport sooner than expected.
