Initially, it seemed a bit overwhelming as to what had to be done but Robyn was brilliant. She emailed me immediately, introduced herself and then gave really clear directions as to what I had to do. After that, the process was seamless.

I have been a British expat for the majority of my life. I recently came across U.K.PASSPORTS. After a brief online enquiry I applied for my new passport on the 21st June June. On the 17th of July I received my new British passport & the old one via DHL .
