UK PASSPORTS, and my appointed service provider, gave excellent service and most importantly gave timely confirmation along every step of process of my renewal passport application. Living in another country on the other side of the planet, it’s great to be kept in the picture with process and delivery.

I felt some anxiety on not finding my old passport with the new one as my Australian re-entry visa was attached to the old passport but received a fast and clear explanation that the policy is not to return both passports together.Suggest this should be made clear before application
