In the past I have always personally renewed my passport, so I had some concerns about handing over sensitive documents to an unknown third party. I usually only give four stars in reviews because there is always room for inprovement but, in this case I'm giving five. I was kept up to date at every stage of the transaction and my emails were answered within 24hours in all cases, the whole process was completed in 4 weeks. I would have no problem recommending UK abroad
